Dumb question…but does the whole losing dragon join the tail of the winning dragon until there are only two dragons left to play? Or does just the loser of the RPS battle move and then the second person in the losing dragon becomes the lead?

Not a dumb question at all. The whole losing dragon joins the tail of the winning dragon until there are only two dragons left to play. Fun game!
