6 Week Series Helping Preteens Realize God Is Bigger Than The Problems They Face

Preteens need to know that problems are a part of life. They also need to know that God is BIGGER than their problems! Students need to know that problems exist because we live in a fallen, broken world. Sometimes the bad choices that others make affects them. But God is BIGGER than their problems! That’s what Josh, Caleb and the preteens in your ministry need to know!  In fact, that is the core message of our new Big Problems, Bigger God six-week series. When preteens look to God, He can give them a different perspective on their problems. He can give them supernatural peace while going through a difficult situation. Jesus can unleash HIS power in them when life gets hard, and He can make something good come out of a bad situation. The key is to focus on God! In the Big Problems, Bigger God series, these truths will sink in the hearts and minds of preteens. God’s truth will bring them hope in the midst of their big (or seemingly small) problems.

BULLIES: TAKING DOWN GOLIATH (4-WEEK SERIES)

Bullies: Taking Down Goliath is a four week series that EQUIPS preteens to deal with BULLIES from a Biblical perspective. Today’s preteens are faced with all types of bullying. No longer are bullies present just on the playground. Bullies can hurt others 24/7 online & on the go with mobile devices. In a world filled with bullies from all angles, preteens need to know that God’s way of dealing with bullies is the best way. They need to be given techniques that are successful & effective.

Help guide preteens to discover why bullies act the way that they do. Lead them to discover why loving their enemies and forgiving them is the best way to go. Give them specific & practical advice on how to not play the “bully game”.

FORCE FIELD: 4-WEEK SERIES

FORCE FIELD is a series meant to be life changing for preteens! The series was a turning point in Elevate, the preteen ministry of Sean Sweet (author of the series). At least three different new ministries were formed BY PRETEENS as a result of the series.

Students will grasp how living according to God’s Truth can actually protect them, like a Force Field, from the negative consequences of making bad choices. They will discover how to strengthen their lives, schools, friendships, cities, families and world. Preteens will also uncover how other people’s bad decisions have affected them, so they can get healing and move on. They will be encouraged to go beyond soaking up knowledge, but actually DO SOMETHING about what they are taught. FORCE FIELD is all about helping preteens strengthen their lives and those around them.
