I want to subscribe, but I am having issues doing so.
You need a paypal account to subscribe online. However, you can subscribe over the phone with any major credit card. Simply call us at 504-452-8967 to do so.

Once I become a member, how do I login?
In order to login, scroll to the bottom of the website and look to the left corner. Login there.

I know my username and password but can’t login. What do I do?
If you’re login is not working correctly, then contact Nancy at nancy@preteenministry.net.

After placing an order, how do I get it?
After purchase, an automatic email is sent to you with a receipt and download link. Click on the link to download. If you didn’t receive the auto email, then check your spam or junk email folder. If not there, then email us at nancy@preteenministry.net, and we will manually send you the link within 24 hours.

I have a 1 year subscription but forgot my username or password. What do I do?
If you forgot your password, click the “forgot password” link on the homepage. Enter your username or email and an automatic email will be sent with your password. If you forgot your username or email, then send us your first & last name along with the mostly likely email you used at registration to nancy@preteenministry.net.

How do I change my username, password or email associated with my account?
Login and click on the “edit my profile” link.

I got the link to download a product but can’t open the file. What do I do?
You need software that can open a zip file. Click here to get WinZip software to view zip files.
